Fuel issue

Just returned from a trip over the holiday weekend and noticed that one engine is burning more fuel than the other (5 hours of running-one burned 1/4 tank more than the other). At WOT, it runs about 300 RPM's less than the other. Any thoughts?
1998 Mariner EFI 454's.
