The marina I keep my boat at is undergoing extensive building. There is a new multi story building going up right next to where my slip is. (I've since moved) I'm getting a lot of small rust looking spots on everything horizontal. I've tried bleach, barkeepers and meguires and nothing touches the rust spots. I assume it is being caused from the steel and welding although I don't see any residue, just the spots. Anyone have an idea of how to remeove the spots?
