Going fishing this weekend...

Good luck Wayne.....wish I was up there this weekend myself, but not to be. The wife's got a whole list of things for me to do and not one damn thing on the list has to to with a boat or a fish. Maybe tomorrow afternoon I will just go out to the boat in the driveway, sit in it, put in a little Jerry Jeff Walker on the ipod and pour myself a little Wild Turkey. Maybe I could get her to stand near the boat and give it a little push now and then so it could feel like a wake from a passing boat. Probably not....

LOL. Hilarious. Perhaps she could spray a little water over the bow with the garden hose too. lol. Thanks man. I'll let you know if I catch anything.
I had a great time even though I didnt catch any fish. Just me, my brother and a few buddies hanging out on the boat. We got some bites but didnt reel any in. Here is a video I posted on Youtube.

You fish like I do.......none of that hard charging 300 casts a day like those crazy bass fisherman in those little flat boats. I put a line in the water, open a little lemonade and bs with my friends and take in a gorgeous day on the water. A good cigar helps and a little music adds just the right touch. Sometimes this is all spoiled when a damn fish comes along and gets on my line and someone has to reel it in. Oh well...

LOL. Oh yea. If I catch a fish..GREAT..if not..Im enjoying my time on the boat. I turned off all power and even used the gas range to cook the brats and hotlinks. I guess it wouldnt kill the battery to run the radio for a few hours on the hook.
