After many weekends of cleaning up around the house after WILMA, I finally Got down to the dock at 9:30 A.M., clear sunny sky, about 74 degrees. Changed the oil and oil filters on both engines. Changed fuel/water separators both engines. Poured fuel from separators into a glass jar, let it stand for 15 min., no sign of water.(Oh happy day)
all filters spun off with only light pressure on spanner wrench, no trouble at all. Started engines and let them warm up. Purred like Big Kittens even when revving to 2800 RPM. Will check timing next day or two and should be good to go.
Even though I did not leave the dock today, I am happy with the time spent aboard. Sure beats house work. Hoping to cruise over to see Pascal,Anne and Sylvain one of these weekends. Also looking forward to crossing the Stream with the gang soon.
