Green Color on paint around running gear

Had the boat hauled out a couple days ago, and after pressure washing, all the running grear had a green ring around it on the hull paint. Is this copper from the antifouling paint caused by a bad grounding circuit? Zincs on Stbd prop shaft were gone as well as the zinc on the port trim tab. The center zinc block was about 95 percent gone. All zincs were replaced last may. Never saw this green color around all the metal though. Will try to post picture later on if it will help getting an answer.
