Half Moon Bay Marina

I was there last season. depending on where you are in the marina, rocking will be different. The wave wall does work. It's pretty calm at that end of the bay as it's far from the channel. It's a nice quiet marina but a little pricey.
HMB is definitely a nice marina. The docks are still new and the attenuator wall should take care of most of the waves. There seems to be no protection at the south end so as mentioned the further north, the better. The good news is, you're a dinghy ride to one of the best anchorages. Depending on how your slip is setup, I don't think you get much privacy from the condo owners looking down on you...this would bother me.
I'm up the road at the Croton Yacht Club. Have you looked there? We don't have many ammeneties other than a bar which is open at random. If interested, put your application in early. I think we're up to a whopping $61/ft.
