Looks beautiful this afternoon at the southern end of the Hudson. This morning was just winter saying good-bye.

Safe and Happy Boating!

So Butch,
That big electric fence is to keep you in I guess?! [:-eyebrows]

You got it Bob, They know the boat is ready...

You guys crack me up. Every year you get banged with a late snow after the covers come off. LMAO. But please realise I'm not laughing at you. As you are all aware, we "been der dun dat" and we were further north.
I know the folks at RYB are working to get in already, and it's gotta be looking better up your way!

Good luck and have a great time in the new season!

Now that the last snow fall has fallen I went up to the yard and uncovered. What I found is scary the paint that I had sanded off the bottom found its way under the cover what a mess. Now I can't even clean it up until I finish the bottom paint which I will spend the whole weekend working on. I don't want to hose down the boat because there isn't enough time to let it dry before I start painting. I have 6 hours to kill between coats you can find at the Bar.

Rommer are you going in tomorrow?

This is what we went through when we had the bottom sand swept. The guy showed up with a compressor (trailerable) and all kinds of stuff and blasted the bottom. Boats three rows away were going through what you are now.
Had we known it was going to have that kind of impact on everyone else, we would have thought differently.

I know no one wants to be in late but that kind of work should be done when other boats are not near to the boat needing the sand blasting.

If you are not near and you are not shrink wrapped? Pray the wind blows the other way?

Snowed twice down here is SNJ on the 1st day of Spring, woke up to it and again around 3:30 it snowed for about a half hour. Good bye I say I was at the marina today helping them wire my new head and Hold N Treat PuraSan. One minor problem hopefully Vic will answer me in the Sanitation section.
