After reading all about Hard Shifting I did like I was told and took the cable end off at the motor and tried to shift. Very Hard. So I pulled the drive to replace the cable.
Once I got the drive off I again just for the heck of it tried the cable again and it moved freely. So I tried moving the shift shaft on the drive and it is very hard to move. To the point that I had the use a bar to move it up and down. I don't think this is right. From what I have been told and read it should move fairly freely up and down. So my question now is where do I go from here?
