Two weeks ago, Svensenn's moved our 33' Cruisers from Huntington Harbor to Eastport. In preparation, I had removed the radar and its mount and the all-around light and its mount. Once the boat was on the trailer, the driver measured the height from the ground to the top of the apparatus mounted on the arch. All seemed good. A day after the move, when I began re-assembling the radar and light, i discovered that the hailing speaker on top of the arch was destroyed by a tree branch as we moved the boat through some streets. When I reported this to Svensenn's, they didn't bat an eye. A few days ago, a technician came down to my marina and mounted a new speaker, even covering the various holes in the top of the arch from previous mountings. That kind of customer service is too often missing today. They made a mistake; they assessed the damage, and repaired it better than before. Fantastic! Thank you, Svensenn's. Hy
