Haverstraw area launch sites

Where do you recommend for launch sites around Haverstraw and southwards? Want to put in thereabouts for a day trip. Need a ramp unaffected much by the tide.

The town of Haverstraw has a publi ramp a few hundred feet south of Haverstraw Marina.
Haverstraw Marina has one as well, but launch on a higher tide.
