Haverstraw Marina Question

Ok, well now I'm curious.
I'll be there tomorrow and guess what I'm going to order...medium.
With a Macallan (shaken, not stirred) martini.
I'll let you know how it goes.

If you want a medium hamburger, you might want to order it rare.

fyi
hmbm, #1 in the ne has free parking........

ready set go........

Then how come the dock master at Half Moon Bay Marina told me that cars parked in the lot would be towed, unless he got paid off?

And how come, when I just dropped people off there who had spent the day with me at Croton, the same low life scum extorted $20.00 out of them as they walked up the dock?

And he was looking for more from me - I told him where he could put his $20!

I really hate it when you sugar coat how you feel Mike! ;)

mike, I was there that day, no money changed hands.
they had parked in the upper lot, which is a private lot
that belongs to the condos, they do tow.
you said you dropped them off, did u pick them up or
did they swim out to you?

This thread has floated all the way across the bay from Haverstraw Marina to the Number 1 marina in the northeast.

How do you know what day I am referring to? Is this a regular occurence?

If you really were there, please post the date and time it happened, and where you were to be able to say with such certainty that this did not happen.

You can also post the type of boat we were in - then I might believe that you were there - unless of course, YOU are the dock master.

I can tell you that absolutely the dock master took $20.00 from the people we dropped off. We had picked them up earlier in the day. He wanted money from me and I refused to give it to him.

Geez...wouldn't it be interesting if someone from Northeast Boating Magazine happened to stumble onto this thread.

all da termoil in Iran was caused
by da voting for the #1 marina in da me

John, perhaps you can steer them to it when they come out for pictures. Perhaps it's time for a letter to the editor.

Well, if the outing is still a go, and I haven't heard anything to the contrary, I'm certainly going to ask some questions about the voting process and how many votes it actually took to elevate HMBM and Croton Beach to those lofty rankings for the entire northeast boating area.
I won't be writing any letters to the editor based on information disclosed in this thread, but their email address is in the magazine, available to anyone.

just as I suspected...

Boy..............
This is hard to keep up with.

You can park in one place for nothing but the other place is 20 bucks (paid to some parking lot nazi)to drop off but don't eat the hamburgers back at the first place and who's doing all the voting for the other place but the rack of lamb is pretty good as long as no money exchanged hands......

and

bastards..... would be the cook or the parking lot nazi?

I think I'm current....

Had a hamburger for lunch at the Water Club on Saturday. It was very good. Had Mahi for dinner and that too was very good.

Both meals were very good, service was good too.
