Mike, have you tried the Exxon Station on Palm Coast Parkway, Ken is the owner and I dropped off 4 gallons last week. I put the old oil in one gallon milk containers and simply left the containers next to the 50 gallon drum. I buy fuel for my cars there and Ken has always been very cooprerative whenever I had any waste products.

Another option is the Soild Waste Disposal Site on Old Kings Highway South. It's about 5 miles south of Rt. 100 on the righthand side of the road. The facility is run by Flagler County and accepts old paint, batteries, tires, etc. and most other things I've had trouble getting rid of at other places.
Southern states must have an issue with it but up here there are plenty of places that take it for free and sell it. Or they burn it for heat. If I thought I could get enough of the stuff I would buy the burner unit for my barn.
By the way, there was a thread some time back about saving shrink wrap for another season. Can't remember who it was said they got three years out of each new wrap.
