Head Leak into Bildge

My yard believes the blue/green fluid I'm seeing in the bilge is from the head (holding tank cleaner poured into the head). I get the distinct impression they're not at all interested in taking on the job of locating the leak - any advice on how to proceed (other than posting off limits signs)?

Short of studying the plumbing and looking for the source of the leak, I don't know what else to suggest.
