Where in Riverhead are you going? I've been debating moving our boat to either Treasure Cove, or Larry's Lighthouse for next season. We spend ALOT of time at Watch Hill and with the plans to reconstruct I'm figuring next year will be a nightmare trying to get a spot anywhere from Davis to the West.. next week were going to West Hampton, and Shinnecock County Marina.. and Cochles Harbor early Sept..
Im at Brewers Greenport... and could not be happier. Its a little longer in the car from Massapequa but well worth it. That duck farm near Larry's gets ripe on hot days.
Brewers Stirling harbor is nice too but pricier.
The quality of boating is so much better. EZ runs to CT river.. block.. Newport. or just anchor for the day at the many nice places. I do miss running to Kismet from Massapequa or watch hill.. but those days are behind us.
Jeff the dockmaster may have a decent deal on a month rental or rest of season. We also get free nights at other brewers locations.

I was in Sterling harbor 3 years ago. They did the Sandy repairs to my boat. Both places are great. I cant tolerate the car ride

Treasure Cove is behind the Riverhead aquarium. you can check out their web site.. place looks pretty nice. I plan on taking a ride out there (in the car) sometime mid Aug to check the place out..

Been going to treasure cove for years. LOVE Jerry and the Mermaids restaurant that is onsite. I can do without the hotel. They need to upgrade the docks desperately. Was on the todo list before the owner passed away.
