I have an 87 searay with twin mercruiser 165 engines. The port engine carb is dumping massive fuel over the top and flooding the engine. I have rebuilt it, redone the float several times all with no luck. I took the starboard carb which runs fine and installed it on the port engine. now it also is dumping fuel. I cant figure this out. any suggestions..
