Trying to run a wire from bilge to dash,
cant find a good path I tried following wires from dash back, and from bilge, keep getting caught up in something. arfe there any acess pannels? I tried removing sub woofer but did not see a straight path to bilge
HELP!!!
 
On my '97 I ran the transducer wire to the dash by first removing the left carpeted panel in the starboard cockpit locker (where the city water hookup is). I was able to snake it from the enging compartment up there where a bundle of wires was already running. I took out the starboard speaker too. The hardest part was getting my head, shoulder & right arm into the cockpit locker, and I was just barely able to reach to where the other wires ran and wiggle that transducer cable thru. I just kept feeding it thru, and was bale to reach in thru the speaker hole to grab it. From there I was able to get it up to the console.

I also taped a piece of nylon string to the transducer cable so that when I was finished I had a line already in place in case I ever needed to run anything else thru there.
