Yeah Dan, that it would be! So we are in Ocean City looking at a house with 100' bulkhead, mid 500's, and it is sooooooo cold I'm thinking I can stay in NY and suffer this! Can we post realtors from the Chesapeake Bay side this week?

Hey, have you guys heard of "Assawoman Bay?" I wanted to buy just to say that's where I boat! It's just north of Ocean City and uses Indian River Inlet to get out to the Atlantic, really nice body of water. Prices are certainly depressed with a few choices of homes with bulkhead and deep water. Good time to look over the market and position oneself. Assawoman, you gotta love it!!

Oh Butch, no 50 amp service but we can run an extension cord into the house!
 
We are going to be looking slightly inland in that areas. One of the areas was Selbyville, about 10 miles west of Assawoman Bay. Was hoping to be water front but dont want to tie the retirement up on a home...

Butch that's why we are going to the Bahamas. Then the loop. Perhaps we'll see something along the way but we've been thinking inland as well. But further south.
