HM

Good question I would love to hear the answer to this one?

Word has it that they are not allowing any liveaboards this winter.

Looking for a place to stay, Wayne?

I was told, that a member, that had two boats at HM and lived on one 12 months was asked to leave.

There are several boats that the owner has lived on for years at HM. I know of at least two boats that had liveaboards way back when we were at HM and where still there when we visited this past summer.

Sounds like HM maybe finally enforcing the long standing rule against livaboards.

I wonder who that "member" could be???

Stony Point Bay Marina would love for you to spend the winter with them

A previous marina manager who ran the place for a number of years lived aboard the entire time that she was there. It has to get Damn cold in the dead of winter.

Can't answer on waste. I do know some live aboards are on service dock where pump out is located and not certain of inner workings as to if it would freeze if vacuum was left on for a couple of minutes after pumping. I do know SPBM has running water. Certain water lines are under water and above is coil heated.
