(asked this in the wrong forum!)

We're looking at buying a 47' boat with 3 heads, all vacu-flush, going to a 50 gallon holding tank. Is there a way to hook up a hold and treat system to this so we don't have to pump out?

Absolutely, there is a thread further down about a recent conversion on a boat with 2 VACU Flush heads. I did it on my boat by keeping the new/exsisting 36 gallon holding tank, purchasing the Hold N Treat control system and a PuraSan. The "system" works fantastic and is a fairly easy installation.
We use the tank while in NDZ's then empty it using the H-N-T/PuraSan system or via pumpout when needed. Contact Vic William at Raritan he can answer all your questions. In fact he will probably respond on this thread.

It can be done fairly easily, as Billy III noted. Makes no real difference how many heads you have, or what brands they may be (as long as they contain a pump for the discharge) because everything first goes into the holding tank. Then, when the level in the tank reaches a certain point, the Hold N Treat takes over and begins transferring measured amounts from the tank to the treatment system for treatment and discharge. It has the ability to treat and discharge between 5 and 6 gallons per hour.

I'll second the praise for the hold n treat

Its my boat that the "other" old n treat thread is about.

No more pumping.

yippee!
