How much money does a marina make?

Looks like it's not enough to cover the aspirin. Of course, if they run like Brewers, there is a seperate company for each tidbit of what goes on which adds up to a tidy sum.

Marinas in general are going to face hard times for the foreseeable future. If you are in the market for a slip and are in Carolina Beach on 4/30, thirty seven of them (30' - 70') are going up for grabs by bank order at Harbour Point Marina. I'm sure the last thing the marina or the bank wants is to own slips.
 
That was my thought too. I don't think I'll be giving up my day job anytime soon. On the bright side, I was surprised to see they made a (little) profit given the state of the boating industry and the decline in occupancy from the prior period.
