It depends on labor rates where you are, it can get very expensive. I had 4 bow cushions done on my 88 Four Winns a few years back and that was 5-600 at a local shop, when it came to the captain's chairs, the shop owner suggested getting some from Overton's since they would be cheaper than his cost to re-do them. I would up getting two captains's buckets, about 250 each, and for the rear bench, I used two 36" wide benches for a pontoon boat, that matched the colors and pattern of the captain's buckets They were about 270 each, all from Overtons. I did not have to do the coaming panels (side panels) or the rear sun pad. Even then, it cost me close to 1800 (also replaced the old oxidized pedestals) but the boat looks great now. I'll bet labor is cheaper in MI than in Long Island NY where I am located!
