We were fishing on the Delaware Bay out of Fortescue, NJ with Captain Don Stein on the Albatross. The outside temp was in the mid 60's, water temp was 61 deg and it was overcast most of the day. We fished cut bunker on spinning gear. The sharks were a big problem (we caught more than 30) so we couldn't chum. The sharks obviously made striper fishing tough but the 2 that we boated were QUALITY fish... 44 lbs 5 ozs and 49"; 37 lbs 8 oz and 44". Yours truely (sunglasses on) caught neither of them!!
