I bought my boat in 2004 not expecting to get it registered until this year. Dummy me did not know about the HIN. I no longer have the address or last name of the person I bought ir from.
The HIN is mostly illegible from being painted over.
does any body know of a way to get this???
I live in Ga. and have the registration #GA 6079 VP, but they will not give it to me based upon that.
