I have two questions

First, I was wondering which is the best marina in the Haverstraw/Stony point area and secondly, is it ok to run your generator overnight in a raft up? Just curious.

What best marina? We're in Florida now! So for us, well, it doesn't matter.

Actually marinas are all about personal preference. I thought Haverstraw was too big with distant parking. PB was ok, but no pool. I think it was subject to wakes as well. Most others were exposed. We were at Tarrytown and about all it was good for was the proximity to the train. Cornetta's had tide issues.
We were happy to spend many years on the Roundout at RYB.
