There's a fresh batch heading out of the Rondout now and it looks like we are in for another good dousing.
 
Just friggen wonderful...

There are more trees and huge logs in Stony Point than I have ever seen before.
 
There doesn't seem to be much debris coming down the creek. Maybe this will push more of it South to NYC.
 
The river look like chocolate milk.

A lot of floating debris too.
 
Keep an eye out for a huge tree with a red buoy #2 caught up in its roots - last seen heading south from Stony Point.

At this point it looks like I'll be spending most of the rest of the season at the dock watching football games and the Yankees win the series. Hopefully it will clear enough to get a fall foliage trip in.
 
Hank, we'll be hosting a Yankee watching/victory party on Hogan both Fri & Sat nights - c'mon by and have a victory cigar with me.
