Dennis dropped off the face of the earth about 2 years ago. Left several people I know out money.
 
He almost did that to me. Took him a few months but I stopped payment on a check - He showed up a few days later. Again that was 4 years ago at least.
 
FYI - I dont know what the workmanship is or cost but the guy that owns the Beverage center in Stony Point does canvas there as well.
 
I've had him work on fixing some seams in my canvas. Does a decent job at a decent price and guarantees his work. I saw some of "his own work" (versus repairs) at his shop, and it looked pretty good -- didn't see it on the target boat, of course. Will likely have him replace some isenglass for me with smileys / screens next year.
 
We're looking to update the upholstery in the cockpit area right now.

If we choose Harry, then I hvae to go wrestle with the managment at Haverstraw to let him come on site. I'm sure John Patino will have something to say about that.
 
Harry won't want to come to Haverstraw. I had to meet him there early morning before the office opened. Crystal et al will let him in....but he has to have a higher level of insurance than Harry had when I used him plus he has to give them a percentage (15?) of the cost of the job, which he also refused to to when I used him. And I don't blame him!!!
