I just remembered...last Monday, when I arrived at my boat, the main breaker, on the dock was tripped.

We are using our aft cabin heater to warm the boat. We left it on 60 degrees, which should be plenty to keep the boat above freezing. That and the temp of the river water.

BUT if we loose AC power again, I don't know if our heater will come back on. A golden rod
will. That helps a little.

Also, I talked to WB about 5pm, they said no problems so far, might be a couple of minor pipe breaks, but they are leaving the water running.

My water is turned off. I probably should have unscrewed the hose, laid it on the dock and let it run at a slow rate. In fact, I may just get in the car and drive down there tonight to do that.

Everyone else ok?

I'm fine. But it concerns me that you apparently leave dockside water going to your boat while you are away. I've seen more than one boat fill with water because something in the system broke and water kept pumping into the boat. I'd suggest you disconnect the water from your boat before you leave [all year around] or at least turn off the spigot. Good luck!

I have two brass cutoffs in the water line, plus the handle itself to shut water off to the boat. The wife just reminded me we DID turn the faucet off, no water going to the boat. So unless they predict temps in the teens, I will just stay home.

It is the Marine air vector compact with the passport II microprocessor. I will check it the next time we are there. pop the main CB, then see what it does when the power comes back on.

EDIT: Not much interest in this, but I did test mine. When the AC power came back on, the
heaters started working, just like before the power went off. I raised the aft cabin heater to 65 degrees (from 60) and left it. Have about an inch and a half of ice in the pool the last few days.
