Ignition Timing on Counter-Rotating GM Small Block

Just checking to see if I am on the right track here. I have twin GM 350's (1977)...the starboard engine is counter-rotating. They both have the timing mark indicators on the port side of the engine. Should the counter-rotating engine be timed to (what would look like) 8 degrees after top dead center since it rotates the opposite of standard?
