My boat is docked on a private property in Discovery Bay, and would like to wash it without having to take it out of the water. My common sense says not to use soap, am I correct?
I've seen the biodegrad soap at the boat store, but the last thing I want to do is kill any fish, or piss off the neighbors. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
