It seems that El Nino is back. According to the folks who told us we would have an active hurricane season, El Nino is here and will bring a cool and wet winter.
Should I trust them?
Usually January and February are the only months I slow down on boating. If those wizzards are correct and if last weekend is any indication, I guess my boating days are counted.
I bet they will be wrong again. At least, I hope.
