Is it Spring yet?

Time to leave the warmth and come back north. Wanted to share my new winter home. As you can see, I can dock right in my back yard.

Calm as could be. The only time it's rough is when there are too many Dolphins circling the boat.

Nice house but what's with the floating porch?

I got a call today the work on my boat has begun. My rudders and trim tabs have been pulled parts are on order and everything should be reinstalled soon. The swim platform has been reglassed and waiting for gel-coat. Looks like things are moving along. I hope to continue working on the waste lines this weekend when the weather breaks I will pull the cover and I have a few spots to have touched up due to Sandy and then it launch time.
I really looking forward to this upcoming season, this has been a long Winter I need to relax and enjoy my boat!

That's how I'm moving my furniture in. Let me clear up some confusion. The house you see behind me is not the home I'm moving into. That's the servants quarters.

Need a moving company? :-)

Time to get to work! I'm heading up to the boat to work on the waste lines I'm hoping to figure out how to remove the maybe I will get lucky and it won't be as hard as I expect.

Will be there in the PM. Let me know if you need help.

Heading to Myrtle Beach in an hour. Seeing my daughter and hopefully viewing a boat.

Oh, is that how the wealthy with their cuban cigars say it, "I am viewing a boat" ?

That's a nice way of saying I'm kicking tires because even if I like it, I can't buy it until I sell mine.

If you're just "kicking tires" you should go to Red Line Marine Liquidators, I hear that the owner loves people who are just looking and will bend over backwards to help you find the right boat. He's also willing to negotiate. He's a very nice, polite, caring person.

Gee.....I didn't expect that response. My plan is to run through his inventory to help me make a selection on what style boat I want then buy it somewhere else. I wonder if he will hold the mortgage for me.

Customer service is number one from what i hear, i am sure he will help you find a good boat at the right budget!

Well this was a short work day! I got all set up and started to work I was having trouble removing the hose from the barb so I figured I would simply cut it to split it apart and the knife slipped four stitches later I decided to pay my mechanic to finish the job! I will be laid up for a bit. I was just getting the feeling this was going to go smother then I expected when I cut myself. So know I'm sitting at home drinking my gin:(

Some people will do anything to get out of work.

Feel better Dave, I'm sure the gin will help.
