How many of you are pulling your covers on Saturday? I'm going to try to wait but I'm not sure I can resist the urge. I've been to the boat about 4 times this week I'm getting antsy.
 
Cover is off, boat is washed and waxed on the starboard side. Port side today. The ice boom (Niagara river) will be out on Monday. Hope to be in the water by next Friday!
 
Probably tomorrow for the Triton, the big boat is happily floating in her slip nice and warm.
 
Ok I'm in...weekend shakedown cruise and then the season begins!
 
I've been at the yard I think every day this week. I scrapped half the bottom today hope to finish tomorrow. I'm having it sanded during the week so maybe I'll uncover next weekend.
I'll probably see a couple of you at the marina tomorrow Robyn stop by and say hello I'm in front of the garage right near you. BTW remember the paint I lent you well I need it back. LOL
 
I may do it tomorrow. None of the stuff I ordered (zincs/impellers) did not show up so there is not much I can do besides yanking the cover. Too bad BF does not sell "Volvo" parts.
 
Im all done, waxed, painted and waiting. They are working on the power on the docks so maybe end of next week or the week after....

The paint you gave me did a really good job, so good, I won't have to paint this year!!!

I glad it worked for you. As you good to see today I did not have the same results. Maybe next time. Two days and several advil later the bottom is scrapped. Next week sanders do their job then I can uncover.
It was great to see so many people at the marina today I hope we all hap productive days.
 
Cover off yesterday, washed the hull twice, now I need to get up there and wax and slap on a coat of bottom paint.

What are you planning on using for wax? Last year I use Buff Magic then Pro Polish, it l looked great but I was not thrilled with how long it lasted topside. Then hull help up great but didn't get washed as much the top side gets wash all the time so the polish seem to get washed away. Rommer told me to try Rejex I don't know anything about it.
