I was told that Gov. Paterson (in hopes of getting the boating vote) was going to provide free ice all year round. They are putting huge blocks in at Albany, by the time it gets to Haverstraw Bay, it will be the perfect size for drinks.

Mike I guess you can see Paterson has seen the light? Did you hear he was caught in a closet discussing the proposed boating legislation?
