It's starting early

It seems the warm weather drove a couple of people out onto the river today. They started taking on water and drifted to the middle of the river. In their haste to leave JFK Marina, they didn't put the drain plug back. I believe the FD picked them up and towed them to safety.

I saw a boat last month on the river that looked as if the plug was out. It also received a tow. Although it was big and different, it was very plane.
