If you have no more day of work, then I believe your vacation has already begun.

I'm gonna bet he's got a spot of dyslexia.

Got my boat back from the shop today. Amazing what one little cable can take to replace.

Took Giggity to the Boathouse restaurant in Ossining. The burger was awesome, the martini was just right and the spicy pasta was... SPICY!!!

Good food at good prices, the place is very nice. I recommend you all give it a shot.

What a great night to be on the river.

I guess it was wishful thinking but I have one more day to go. It's a shame spell check can't correct typing to what I'm thinking rather then just spelling. I need a speech to text PC to eliminate all my typos.

Ben I didn't know you were having a problem? Are you going to join us for any part of our trip?

Not gonna make it out there. Aug is turning out to be a very busy month.

Just a little problem. The steering indicator cable was laying against the exhaust riser and melted. When it seized it broke near the drive attach point. I'd been holding off, but finally got it over to Jimmy for repair. It's all fixed up. Glad I'm still under warranty!

Did you hear about the school bus that crashed? My kids go to that camp. Luckily that wasn't their bus and the kids only had scrapes and bruises.

I did not hear about the crash what happened?

I'm glad to hear Jimmy took care of you and all is well. I do recall you mentioning that the indicator wasn't working and disabling the auto pilot as well. I haven't seen you on the water the past couple of weeks I figured you where traveling.

I'm all prepped and ready for my trip the new radar is working well and I have topped off everything but fuel which I hope to take care of on Friday. I even scrubbed the bilge. The weather looks good for the first part of our trip and hope it continues for the rest of the week. I'll be on board starting Friday I can't wait.

Mike, is there room for larger boats at that restaurant, or just smaller ones.

I never heard on this place dock size is a good question I guess it's jetski only maybe lunch. Always looking for new places to enjoy.

Hogan- Where is this place?

Dave- The bus ran off the road just south of the camp on Saddle River Road.

Sounds like your in good shape for the trip. Which radar did you get?

If the dock is full they will make arrangements for you with the marina next door according to their ad in Boating On The Hudson.

Living on the right side of the river, we got to the boathouse all year long since it is fairly local (by car).
The food is good, the service is good, we like it! I know a fellow boater with a 28'er has tied up there.

It's not very big, so make a reservation.
