Ate at the Boat Club last night and spent the night at Croton south.
This place is great. This is now my favorite. There's only one slip and it's 40' as stated, but it was empty and we fit perfectly.
The food is great. Everyone loves risotto, but it's really easy to screw up. Often its just soggy. Not so here. Soft with a slight texture in the middle. It was the perfect compliment to the Chicken Capistrano. The seafood pot pie with pastry top is absolutely to die for. The kids had their staple mac & cheese and that was great. In fact, my son didn't finish his and he took it home. That's unusual. The portion was so large and he liked it so much, he took it home. Dessert every night is different and last nights were excellent. We almost got one of each and just shared around the table.
