Jones Beach Marina (west end) info?

I've been looking at teh NYSparks.com site, and googling like crazy and can not find any real information on the marina.

I am assuming it is next to the Coast Guard Station. I read somewhere is $10 for the day.

Basically I'm looking for a place to tie up for the day, next to a BBQ/picnic area that is wheelchair accessible. Got a friend in one, plus a bunch of others coming.

My other option is Tobay, but most friends are not Town Residents and that's $40 each for the cars, whereas it's $10 for jones.

Thoughts, suggestions.

Jones Beach (Short Beach) is perfectly doable for that. Half the time they don't even come and collect.
 
The fee is on the weekend only for the slip but cars entering the basin may be different.
