Junk Boats Near Quimby Island

Does anyone know anything about all the junk and abandoned boats that are across the slough on the northwest side of Quimby Island? It's a real mess and some of the vessels are obviously resting on the bottom.

I haven't seen those, but my guess would be they have moved from CoCoCo to San Joaquin Co........

I'm not sure where the county line is around that area.
