Kingston Trip

Guys a Lone LICC member is going north to kingston for july 4th. On the way home , we were tossing around stopping in HAVESTRAW. Is that not longer a desirable spot ? ( I liked the pool overlooking the hudson . Thought that was breath taking ) Any other recc ?

For a transient slip, Haverstraw is as good as ever. The pool is well cared for and now that the restaurant and tiki bar are open again you pretty meuch have all you need right on site in the way of ships store, fuel, and pump-out.

Tell them that you want to be on the main dock unless you have a tender to get from the west or north docks.

Hey Rob, I might be down for that trip as well. Kingston fireworks beat the heck out of Macy's, as far as I am concerned.

No fireworks this year I heard : ( and dont forget there the weekend before the 4th .

We stayed at liberty Landing last year for the 4th and was a big let down... We were for sure of the wrong ethnicity. I would not do it again... EVER !!!!
