Our baby was lifted onto a low-boy early this AM, is currently in Virginia and should be sitting in it's new slip in Myrtle Beach tomorrow night at this time.

Brandy and I have certainly enjoyed the last 12 years in Haverstraw and on the Hudson, and will truly miss all of the fellow boaters we have met over the years.

BUT . . . . The prospect of new waters to discover not to mention never having to shrink wrap again has it's plusses as well.

May you all be safe on the waters, enjoy the rest of your boating season, and most of all may your winter be short and mild.

We will continue to monitor HRCC as it is the best forum on Boatered.

Pete, best wishes to you and Brandy in your new retirement location. I was up there around 11:00 am this morning, but your boat must have already been headed south. It was a pleasure having you as a boating neighbor.

Butch; I'm very much aware that the Yankees have made the play-offs, and I look forward to our two teams meeting up real soon. The Sox are on fire right now, and poised for post season baseball.
