I need to replace the heat exchanger end cap gaskets. Anybody know a source. I had to remove an end cap to get a broken zinc out and the gasket is toast.

the end cap gaskets are generally generic. measure the diameter of the heat exchanger. kohler sells them thru its dealer network. your parts manual will give you a part number specific to your unit if you want to purchase OEM cap gaskets. if you don't have a local marine diesel dealer in your area there are lots of online parts suppliers if you want OEM parts.
