Well, after much wrangling with the broker trying to get survey findings fixed, we are leaving tomorrow to go pick up the new-to-me Cruisers 3750. The boat is in New Bern NC and we are bringing it home to the Middle River on the Chesapeake via the Intracoastal. Got lots of good advice from many of you and other websites, so wish us luck.
We're shoving off on Saturday, good conditions prevailing. We have no planned stops per se, just lots of options. As we progress, we'll call ahead and make reservations. We're planning on taking the week to check out suggested ports-of-call. So, we have lots of time for weather delays and fun.
