Hi Vic,
Last time I posted in this forum was to ask Peggy's advice. On her say so I purchased an Lectrasan in Oct 2001. Now I think it is time for a rebuild. I've already done the acid treatment but I think the electrodes are gone. For the longest time, it always was giving the extended treatment. Then the red light occasionally started coming on. By Thanksgiving when I put it to bed for the winter the red light came on every time.
So, does Raritan still do reconditionings & what is the procedure to send it back to NJ? Also, any ballpark on how long it takes?
Thanks
Al
