Light on channel marker

I noticed that the light on a channel marker across from our place isn't lit at night recently.
(Yes, I'm spending more time looking longingly at the river)
Is there somewhere to call that info in? Thanks.

Hmmm, regional Coast Guard office maybe? Perhaps you can call a USCG Auxiliary member, they'll surely know who to call...

Thanks Pete. I did give a call to the Auxs up the line, but haven't heard back. I'll try again.

You can contact any Coast Guard unit. Either by phone or hail on 16. They are able to take the info. You can also check the local notice to mariners (http://www.navcen.uscg.gov/lnm/d1/) to see if they already have it listed.
