From the few people that I have spoken with it is a great place. You are protected inside the basin.
What else could it mean
In the meantime, the slip is rented (verbal) will meet with the new tenant on Saturday.
This guy called today from Craigs List and went down to see the slip and loves it. The best part is he is looking for a long term home for his boat, so I won't have to do this next year.
Well it really is not a deal till money changes hands but it looks good.

Was down there the other day and the north wind had all the water missing.
They re-did the dock by the entrance from the canal. Hope they are done soon.
