I came to this forum because I had just bought a 28ft Carver Mariner, and I want to go out and cruise it around and learn more about it and have a good time.
If I could I would take her out every weekend, but I am not going out bymyself and all my friends don't have time and always seem to be too busy doing there own thing.
So I am looking for people that want to just go out and cruise.
I need someone to help me learn how to drive it better, too.
I can drive her good out in the middle of the bay going fast, but in enclosed areas I get real nervouse and freak out.
A few days ago I was successfully able to pull her in and out of my slip without any major problems and I didn't get too freaked out.
So, if anyone is interested in this sorta thing, and wants to take my boat out on the bay with me, drop me a line or email me..
