Wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations for a marina to stay this weekend in inner harbor. Looking to be close to the MD Science Museum.

Was looking at Harborview Marina but is it better to stay on Fells Point side?

Thanks

"Better" on Fells Point Side? It depends on what all you want to do. Harborview will certainly get you close to the Science Center, and there's water taxi service to the other side of the harbor. On the other hand, if you want to be close to Fells Point, there's always the water taxi from there to the Science Center. Personally, I usually choose Inner Harbor East on the other side. But I don't think you can go wrong with Harborview for what you want to do.

Mixman said it right..it all depends on what you're looking for. If going to the Science Center is your main objective then Harborview or even Inner Harbor Marina would work just fine. If you're looking into doing a little sightseeing outside of the Inner Harbor area then you may want to consider the other side of the harbor. Besides Fells Point you would also have Little Italy, Canton and Harbor East all within walking distance.

Harborview has a pool, whereas Inner Harbor East does not - both quality marina's.

At the entrance to the main pier at Harborview there is a little Tapas restaurant. DO NOT MISS IT. The food is good.
If you are into Cuban cooking there is also a Cuban style restaurant just down the street. You can see it from the place where you pick up the water taxi and if the wind is in the right direction the smell of the cooking will draw you in.
