maxum 3300 defective hull

I have a maxum 3300 Last year when the boat was pulled for storage it was blocked on the forward keel. The keel was crushed by the weight of the boat. luckily there was a forklift next to the boat that kept the boat uprighted at the cost of 2 more holes in the side of my boat. Lucky me. this year my boat was pulled for storage by the marina where i keep my boat. the keel was crushed again. i can look at approx. 30 other boats in site of my boat all blocked the same way and do not have a crushed keel. has maxum had hull issues? the boat is a 2004.
