Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all , Being new to this forum this year everyone has been a great help to a new boat owner. While some of you are celibrating on the beach I will will be enjoying a white and probably windy Christmas.

Well at least you'll be able to dream of boating on your Carver!!!

Likewise I wish you and everyone else on this forum a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope we all get to enjoy great times next year on our boats, and get to know each other better on the forum and, for some of us, in person as well. Let's make this forum all it can be and share as many experiences and knowledge as we can during 2008!!!

I would like to wish everyone a happy Holiday Season, whatever they may observe!

Yes, absolutely. We're a little late for Hanukkah since that ended about a week or so ago, but belated good wishes to all who celebrated, and to those who have December holidays still ahead, best wishes as well. God Bless all of you for a happy and healthy year ahead!!!

Yea, Merry Christmas !!!! May your boats go back in better than they came out !

Yes! MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!

Hey dmunneke I don't mean to rub it in but some of our boats are in the water 365.
You know I spent five years of my life in Naperville from Dec 1995 to Sept 1996! Coldest day that winter was -23°F and stayed below 0°F for about two weeks. I have the utmost respect for you guys in the mid-west. Those conditions would have stopped all outside construction work down here but our field crews did not miss a day up there!
Stay warm and don't get ahead of the snow plows.

May Santa bring you the time needed to complete those winter TLC projects, and may they turn out super. Looking forward to the Spring pic's showing the updates you are proud of.
Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas to all, and thank you all for your your advice and support.
My christmas wish to all (posted on boat fix a couple of years ago.

May there always be water under your boat,
May she always be seaworthy, ever afloat,
May the bilge pump be certain to work night and day,
May the compass and charts always show the safe way,
May you find gentle harbor as every day ends,
May you lower your anchor amidst peace and good friends.

ok my Christmas wish is "Pete to have an new GPS under his tree"

I will go to bed with dreams of sugar plums dancing (on the aft deck of my 1981 carver 3007 aft cabin) in my head.

I hope to wake up to find a Carver under my tree...or would that be a tree under my carver?

Only after I don't get it for a gift tomorrow, I will then realize it will not buy itself and will wait in antcipation of being able to put an offer in on it in the spring when Ohio thaws out and a survey can be performed.

Merry Christmas to all and thanks for all of the extremely useful information you all have provided me on my quest to find a boat.

Jim

Glad its helped, Jim. As for me, I woke up to a nice multifunction battery charger/inverter/worklight/air compressor this AM. Perfect complement to my on board toolkit!!!

Thanks Santa [;-xmas] !!!
