Montego 2157 electric

This might be a silly question, but here it goes...

We have a 1989 Montego 2157 the inside has 2 sets of regular 110v electrical outlets. They are not working. They don't work with the batteries on, and they don't work with the shore power cord plugged in. The boat is still fairly new to us and I don't know when the last time they worked was. My question is, is there a fuse somewhere that could blow if the circuts get/got overloaded. The master panel board in the bathroom is "on" and all of the switches are in the "on" position. None of the lights inside work either, but I don't know if that is because the bulbs are blown, or if it is related.

Any help at all on this would be greatly appreciated. I plan on going to the boat this weekend. Even a wild guess would be better than what I have now. I would think that most Montego's would be set up the same way, so anyone with any info please let me know.

I'm guessing you did not get a survey.

The 110 outlets do not connect in any manner with the batteries. So you can have batteries on or off and it does not matter.
The master panel should have a 12 volt side and a 110 volt side. Again, they are completely separate.
Make sure all the switches on the 110 volt side are on including the master.
Are you sure you are getting voltage from your dock side plug? Make sure the dockside breaker hasn't tripped.
Do you have any seasoned boating buddies who can go over this with you?
